Devotion to jihad for the sake of Allah, and the desire to shed blood, to smash skulls, and to sever limbs for the sake of Allah and in defense of His religion, is, undoubtedly, an honor for the believer, Allah said that if a man fights the infidels, the infidels will be unable to prepare to fight. Saudi Cleric, Muhammed Al-Afiri
Unlike the last 7 years of this administration, Russia and France were able to prepare an immediate fight. France was able to precisely and effectively bomb the ISIS stronghold of Raqqa, —with help from “stepped up” US Intel. This stronghold was allowed to take shape because of: the inaction of any or all of our 65 coalition forces; ignorance to the threat of ISIS expansion and attacks; altered intel related to ISIS at CentCom or the Whitehouse, Climate Change, or any or all of the above according to who you believe and whether or not you believe that Fort Hood was work place violence. Nonetheless, ISIS in on the bloody front page, every day, and the threats are growing– right in time for the holiday travel season. Yet, never let a crisis go to waste, right?
The Syrian refugee crisis is the latest political football for the Barack Obama administration. Just days after the eight horrific terrorist attacks in Paris on November 13, our Commander in Chief took to two international stages, to, once again, publicly insult his political opponents and neuter the country he represents. In Manila, on November 18th, Barack Obama accused Republicans of fear mongering and weakness:
Apparently they are scared of widows and orphans coming into the United States of America,”he said later. At first, they were too scared of the press being too tough on them in the debates. Now they are scared of 3-year-old orphans. That doesn’t seem so tough to me.
Our president’s foreign policy, when dealing with ISIS, has been, in his words, to not make America, or him, look tough on the world stage. So spare me the Manila lesson on toughness. Senator Ted Cruz was the first to defend Republicans and Democrats from these smears, with this campaign ad and soared 10 points in Iowa. Trump, who is currently filling stadiums with tens of thousands of people, mentioned Cruz as a potential VP. Cruz’s leadership in this ideological war has taken center stage, at a time when leadership, on the international stage, has been absent.
Although #BringBackOurGirls did not save the girls from sex trafficking or the Jihadi slave trade, #RefugeesWelcome was launched on November 17th, along with a promise of a veto to those in Congress who voted on behalf of their concern for our country’s safety. Yes, ISIS is creating a massive exodus of refugees from Syria–the refugees that escaped their human trafficking operation, crucifixion or beheading sprees, or the refugees sent as jihadists with fake Syrian passports, which can easily be bought by anyone on the Syrian black market.
Perhaps President Obama didn’t catch the October 22, 2015 testimony by his Director of the FBI, James Comey:
Yet, the Administration, Hillary Clinton, and the #RefugeesWelcome acolytes, ignore the FBI warnings and proclaim that taking these refugees would be in accordance with our American values, and further warn that any other actions, than complete acceptance, would embolden ISIS. However, the data shows, that as of 2013, the US has taken in 1.2 million refugees from the Middle East and Northern Africa. From my vantage point, Isis doesn’t change their strategy according to our American values and our values are not shared by at least 20% of Muslim refugees within the US.
According to Pew’s 2011 numbers, an estimated one in five Muslims in the US believe in Jihad (ISIS) and one in three do not believe that they have a better life in America. Really? Perhaps that percentage represents the Somalis living through the winters in Minneapolis. When you take a further look at numbers related to Muslim demographics, lack of assimilation, and cultural consequences, the numbers are even more startling. Take a look at Dearborn or Hamtrack, MI, for examples of “assimilation.” Currently, the FBI has 900 investigations of radical ISIS jihadists across every state. In the last 18 months, over 70 ISIS jihadists, including women refugees, have been arrested within the US.
The consequences of rejecting Syrian refugees will not only result in insults from the Commander in Chief on an international stage, for anyone who speaks out in defense of American values may be listed on the Islamophobia Report published by CAIR. How does one prove that they are not Islamophobic? One way is to create “Sensitive Urban Zones” ( No-Go Zones) for predominately Muslim neighborhoods. In St. Denis, as in Brussels, which remains on lockdown until next week, had long-ago established these zones–zones which prohibited or limited police monitoring by increasing civil protection of these refugee communities.
Bill DeBlasio, socialist mayor of New York, did not hesitate to follow these policies of our allies. On the first year anniversary of the Boston bombing, committed by Muslim refugees, the Tsarnov brothers, Bill DeBlasio announced that he would shut down the clandestine, terrorist surveillance unit, the Demographics Unit. New York City is now a Sensitive Urban Zone as armed police officers and terrorism units stand guard on the streets of New York. American Values and Freedom are now represented by the presence of armed, tactical, police and military units, while watching an American tradition like the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade or visiting Times Square.
The first duty of the Commander in Chief is to protect our country from all enemies, foreign and domestic, yet just in February this past year, the administration said Climate Change was a greater threat than terrorism. But this week, according to the State Department, no one is safe from ISIS, and a small college in Youngstown, Ohio received threats from ISIS sympathizers.
As you sit down this week to enjoy your Thanksgiving dinner with your families and friends, rest assured that President Obama is busy
containing defeating ISIS by dropping leaflets in Raqqa warning ISIS of these air strikes, and by next week, our Commander in Chief of Climate Change promises this optical rebuke to Islamic terrorists worldwide:
Next week, I will be joining President Hollande and world leaders in Paris for the global climate conference. What a powerful rebuke to the terrorists it will be, when the world stands as one and shows that we will not be deterred from building a better future for our children.
In the words of Shannon Tirone, Vice President of University Relations at Youngstown State University, “Unfortunately, this is the world we live in today.”
Next November, the American public should vote in accordance to the answer to this question “are you safer than you were four years ago?” The answer may provide us with a new Commander in Chief, one who is committed to our Constitutional protections and will execute a strategy and mission to defeat the enemy. Unlike our current Commander, who, by all accounts, seems more concerned with the feelings and opinions of savages, than he is to upholding our traditional American values.
