Anarchy: Protestors stop ICE from apprehending a criminal alien

One protester who helped form the human chain around the car told the local ABC affiliate, “I could see if these people were bad criminals, but they’re not. They’re just trying to provide for their kids.”

There’s just one problem. The individual was indeed a criminal alien with a final deportation order who has remained an ICE fugitive for nearly a decade. An ICE official confirmed the man’s identity to CR so that CR could locate his criminal history.

California begins removing 5 million inactive voters

Inactive registrations, for the most part, occur when voters move to another country or state or pass away but remain on the rolls. The lawsuit alleged that Los Angeles County, with its more than 10 million residents, has more voter registrations than it has citizens old enough to register, with a registration rate of 112% of its adult citizen population.

The entire state had a registration rate of 101% of age-eligible citizens, the lawsuit said, citing U.S. Election Assistance Commission data.

Moderate Democrats turned off by Party’s open borders agenda

The latest NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist Poll finds that a plurality of 47 percent of moderate Democrat voters say providing free health care to illegal aliens is a “bad idea” as opposed to 43 percent who say it is a “good idea.”

For voters who describe themselves as “moderates,” a majority of 56 percent called free health care for illegal aliens a bad idea, and only about 37 percent said it is a good idea.

Another SCOTUS win: Trump can build the wall using military funds

The Supreme Court allowed President Donald Trump to reprogram $2.5 billion in Pentagon funds to start construction on 100 miles of border wall in a late Friday order.

The five conservative justices voted with the government in full. Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan indicated their full dissent. Justice Stephen Breyer proposed a compromise in a partial dissent.
