Shortly after Jeffrey Epstein’s August death in a Manhattan detention facility, a shadowy figure claiming to have set up encrypted servers for the convicted sex offender told several attorneys and the New York Times he had a vast archive of incriminating evidence against powerful men stored on overseas servers, including several years worth of the financier’s communications and financial records which allegedly showed he had vast amounts of Bitcoin and cash in the Middle East and Bangkok, and hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of gold, silver and diamonds.

Polish ex-president: Hunter Biden got Burisma job due to family name

Aleksander Kwasniewski, a former president of Poland who joined Burisma’s board around the same time as the younger Biden, told the Associated Press it was normal for corporations to seek out well-connected figures for advisory positions. The former president admitted that both he and Hunter Biden secured their posts with Burisma, which at times paid as much as $83,000 per month, due to the influence afforded by their names.

President Trump mocked Newsweek over its story on his Thanksgiving plans after it posted a story Thursday entitled “How is Trump spending Thanksgiving? Tweeting, golfing and more.”

“I thought Newsweek was out of business?” Trump said with a retweet of his son Donald Trump Jr.’s tweet that placed a screenshot of Newsweek’s story next to photos of the president in Afghanistan where he made a surprise visit U.S. troops on the holiday.
