Nearly 84,000 duplicate voter records found in audit of California’s ‘motor voter’ system

California’s ambitious effort to automate voter registration at Department of Motor Vehicle offices produced almost 84,000 duplicate records and more than twice that number with political party mistakes, according to an audit released Friday by state officials.
The analysis covered just the first five months of the new “motor voter” program, which was launched in April 2018.

Twitter AI censors Voter ID meme

Twitter has a new feature that automatically suspends anyone who shares certain meme images – including one of which calls for the implementation of voter ID laws.

Word of this new form of censorship made the rounds today on Gab, an alternative social network to Twitter, after several posters complained that they were subject to 12-hour bans on Twitter for posting an image that reads “Don’t Let Russia Interfere in 2020.” It concludes with the hashtag “#DemandVoterID.

California begins removing 5 million inactive voters

Inactive registrations, for the most part, occur when voters move to another country or state or pass away but remain on the rolls. The lawsuit alleged that Los Angeles County, with its more than 10 million residents, has more voter registrations than it has citizens old enough to register, with a registration rate of 112% of its adult citizen population.

The entire state had a registration rate of 101% of age-eligible citizens, the lawsuit said, citing U.S. Election Assistance Commission data.

Eight states, as well as the District of Columbia, have total voter registration tallies exceeding 100%, and in total, 38 states have counties where voter registration rates exceed 100%. Another state that stands out is Kentucky, where the voter registration rate in 48 of its 120 counties exceeded 100% last year. About 15% of America’s counties where there is reliable voter data – that is, over 400 counties out of 2,800 – have voter registration rates over 100%.

Kentucky to remove up to 250,000 inactive voters from voter registration rolls

Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch announced Monday that thanks to a consent judgment, Kentucky is set to remove 250,000 inactive voters from registration voter rolls.

This is in addition to the 1.6 million inactive voters names that are set to be removed from California’s voter rolls.

“In the memo of the bill, they talk about the reason why they’re passing this bill is to make sure that people who are here illegally can get to and from work,” Kerns said. “It is illegal to hire people in the state of New York or anywhere that are here illegally.

“There’s an inconsistency there.”

 California Is Stealing Congress

Do the math. California has between 2.5 and 3.5 million illegal aliens. Some claim the number could be higher. Even the most conservative estimates mean the state is home to millions of illegal residents. Recently, Governor Jerry Brown signed legislation to make the whole state a so-called Sanctuary State, meaning, instead of following federal laws […]
